Birling Named Finalist in UDIA NSW Marketing Excellence Award
We are proud to share that on Friday 15 August, Birling was announced as a finalist in the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Award for Excellence in Marketing.

This recognition celebrates projects that stand out for their creativity, clarity of vision, and connection with their audience. For us, it highlights the work that has gone into creating a brand and story for Birling that is as distinctive and welcoming as the community itself.
From the earliest stages, our goal was to position Birling as the South West Sydney Home of Bright Futures, a place where people from all walks of life can build the lifestyle they have been dreaming about. Our marketing has focused on inclusivity, vibrancy, and authenticity, ensuring that every touchpoint from our brand identity to our on-the-ground events reflects the quality and care behind the project.
